ROCHESTER -- Recognized as delivering an uproarious, joyful, eclectic sound, Bella's Bartok will bring their unique stylings to the Rochester Performance & Arts Center on March 30.
All little children grow up, one day - all except the bedazzled and glittered boys of Bella's Bartok. Inspired by elements of Vaudeville, centuries of street performance, and an unyielding drive to promote camaraderie, the Northampton, Mass., based Bella's Bartok delivers a passionate kaleidoscope of sound. The songs are born of Americana and folk music of their immigrant grandparents, blended with the joy of a particular brand of pop sensibility. Their performance is hosted by the Rochester Opera House.
PARTICULARS: The show starts at 8pm (doors open at 7pm) on Friday, March 30. Cash bar. Tickets start at $10-15. Reserve tickets online or call the box office (603) 335-1992, M/W/F from 10-5pm. Tickets will also be available at the door.
