ROCHESTER - Rochester Police believe they have identified the man seen allegedly shoplifting a big-screen TV from the Rochester Walmart in April, but as of late Wednesday, no arrest had been made.

According to police, the man walked out with a carriage loaded with the 42-inch LG television on April 25, got into a gray Jeep and took off.

The investigation is still active, said Rochester Police Capt. Gary Boudreau, and tipsters who may have any knowledge about the crime are urged to call Officer Powers of the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128 and reference case #15-1796-OF.
