ACTON, Maine - A New Hampshire motorcyclist was seriously injured Saturday afternoon when his Harley Davidson crashed into a tree in Acton.

The accident occurred around 3:45 p.m. when Dana Seaboyer, 56, of Kingston, was riding his 2008 Harley Davidson eastbound in the area of 2107 Route 109 with several other motorcycles, veered off the roadway and struck a tree.

Seaboyer suffered significant head and leg injuries and was transported via Life Flight of Maine to Maine Medical Center in Portland. Seaboyer was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

He was reported in stable condition early today, York County Sheriff William King told The Rochester Voice.
