Warrants out on two sex offenders known to frequent downtown Dover

DOVER - Dover Police are on the lookout for two registered sex offenders who frequent Dover and have failed to register as required.

Both Keith Pare and Andrew Sibik have warrants issued for their arrest.

Pare, 44, is a registered Tier II sexual offender in the State of New Hampshire following a conviction for felonious sexual assault out of Strafford County Superior Court in 1996. As a result of his convictions, Pare is required to register as a sexual offender semi-annually.

He is about 5'11" and 150 pounds with tattoos on his arms and legs. Pare currently has no fixed address, but is known to frequent downtown Dover.

Sibik, 27, is a registered Tier III sexual offender in the State of New Hampshire following two convictions for felonious sexual assault in Strafford County Superior Court in 2014. As a result of his convictions, Sibik is required to register quarterly.

Sibik is around 5'5" tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Sibik also has no fixed address, but is also known to frequent downtown Dover.
