ROCHESTER - William R. Bodah, 86, of Rochester, died on Thursday April 26, 2018 at the Rochester Manor. He was born in Faust, N.Y. on July 3, 1931 a son of the late Rudolph and Hazel Bodah.
He retired from the Air Force with the rank of MSGT after 20 years of service. He then was employed at Pease Air Force Base. A member of the DAV, he was also an avid model plane builder and flyer.
He is predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Beverly (Boyd) Bodah who passed away on February 15 and one sister, Betty Barnett.
He is survived by his children, Terry L. Turner and her husband, Jack of Springvale, Maine, Gary L. Bodah and his wife, Toni of East Wakefield, William P. Bodah Sr., and his wife, Cynthia of Sanbornton, 11 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two sisters, Connie Savard and her husband Lee of Tupper Lake, N.Y., and Janice Lafave and her husband, Butch of Tupper Lake, N.Y.
