Winter storm parking ban in effect beginning at 11 p.m.

ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban is in effect due to tonight's predicted winter storm. The ban runs from 11 p.m. till 9 a.m. on Monday.

About 6-10 inches of snow is expected.

Due to the parking ban, no vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during the snow emergency declaration.
