Winter storm parking in effect tonight beginning at 11

ROCHESTER - A citywide snow emergency parking ban is in effect from 11 p.m. tonight till Wednesday at 7 a.m.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.
