ROCHESTER - A Milton woman was arrested on Wednesday on several warrants after she came in contact with a Rochester Police officer at the Home Depot.
The incident unfolded around 10:35 a.m. after police were summoned to the store's parking lot for a report of suspicious activity in a vehicle.
When officers responded there was no evidence of anything suspicious, but the driver of the vehicle, Tracy Lynne Carrier, 36, of 43 Charles St., was found to have bench warrants out of Belknap County (nonappearance), from Alton Police (receiving stolen property) and an electronic bench warrant (criminal trespass). Rochester Police also charged her with operating without a valid license.
After her arrest Carrier was transported to Belknap County law officials for processing.
