ROCHESTER - Three motorists were injured, one seriously, when their car was rear-ended on Sunday

The accident occurred around 11 a.m. when police say a 2007 Toyota Yaris was heading west on Washington Street and had stopped while waiting to make a to turn onto Chesley Hill Road when it was struck from behind by a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Robert Alexander, age 76, of Rochester.
