20-year-old city woman dies in Monday night crash in Hampton

HAMPTON - A young Rochester woman died Monday night when her car skidded off Route 101 in Hampton, hit the guardrail and rolled over.

Felisha Brown, 20, was traveling east on Route 101 around 8:40 when the accident occurred. She was ejected and died at the scene, according to police, who found the 2006 Chrysler Sebring on its roof upon arrival.

She was not wearing her seat belt.

The crash occurred in the area of the Exit 13 on ramp.

Route 101 eastbound was closed for about 2 1/2 hours as state troopers conducted their investigation and the vehicle was removed.

Assisting the New Hampshire State Police at the scene were Hampton Police and Fire departments.
