ROCHESTER - The second annual Revival Day of Hope will return on Saturday with exceptional weather perfect for an outdoor celebration of love and hope on the Rochester Common.

According to organizers, last year's inaugural event "united the community with an impressive crowd coming together to enjoy fellowship, amazing music by nationally acclaimed Christian recording artists and local talent."

Many of last year's Christian rock and folk groups will be returning.

Along with the phenomenal music of several bands (including local talent); the event will include food trucks, merchandise vendors, raffles, kids activities, and a caricature artist.

The day will also feature guest speakers and booths/tables from several area organizations that are providing services in our communities, such as Way Point, Share Fund, Teen Challenge and Family Justice Center among others.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with music and many other attractions free.
