57-year-old city man dies when his motorcycle collides with car on Washington St.

ROCHESTER - A Rochester motorcyclist was killed on Washington Street on Tuesday when he collided with a car.
The crash occurred around 4 p.m. on Washington Street near the Shell gas station and Staples.
When police and rescue arrived they found the accident involved a 1996 Suzuki Katana motorcycle operated by Kevin O'Sullivan, 57, of Rochester,and a 2004 Nissan Altima, driven by Dimitrios Agiasotelis, 70, also of Rochester.
O'Sullivan was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries, Rochester Police said in a statement this morning.
Neither Agiasotelis nor a passenger in his car were injured.
As a result of the motor vehicle accident, the Strafford County Regional Technical Accident Reconstruction Team assisted with the accident scene and traffic in that area was redirected for about three hours. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
