Michael Mowry, 19, was found dead around 3:15 a.m. by Rochester Police, who responded to 64 Monroe Drive, Apt. 1, for a reported shooting.

Another neighbor who just moved into the upscale complex off Washington Street said she awoke to see blue flashing lights in her front window, but thought it was a random police patrol. She said when she woke up around 6:30 a.m. she looked out and saw the area all blocked off with police tape and several police vehicles including the Major Crimes Unit van.
