Rochester woman arrested in Walmart shoplifting

ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was arrested on Friday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Sandra Price, 48, of 24 Pickering Road, was charged with a misdemeanor willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending her arraignment next month in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
