Neighbors describe shooting victim as happy, easy going kid

ROCHESTER - Neighbors of the Rochester teen who died in an early morning shooting on Sunday say he was an easy going, happy kid.
One neighbor who didn't want to give her name said he lived there with two other young men.
She said she never heard any gunshots but had been told four individuals broke into the apartment from the rear of his apartment.
Michael Mowry, 19, was found dead around 3:15 a.m. by Rochester Police, who responded to 64 Monroe Drive, Apt. 1, for a reported shooting.
