CONCORD - A man has been charged in a Seabrook shooting that left one man dead and another critically wounded on Monday. Police today said they arrested Garrito Fort, 37, no hometown listed, on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm. They also said their investigation was progressing including the potential claim of self defense.
