A flood watch has been issued for Strafford County as well as interior York County in Maine beginning tonight at 8.According to the watch, excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.The warning comes due to heavy rains that are expected along with saturated ground, which could lead to higher than normal runoff from rivers and streams.Some of the heaviest rain is expected late tonight.The rain is expected to begin around 10 a....
