Rochester Elks award four $1,200 scholarships to Spaulding High seniors

AROCHESTER - The Rochester Elks Lodge 1393 presented its first local scholarships in its 102-year history at the Spaulding High School awards night on Wednesday.
The Rochester Elks Scholarship fund was established in August 2022, and because of generous donations by our membership along with fund-raising activities, lodge representatives were able to present these awards to four well-deserved Spaulding High School seniors.
