ROCHESTER - A Milton man turned himself into police on Thursday in the hit-and-run accident that took a city woman's life on Monday.The driver of the vehicle that fled the scene contacted Rochester Police earlier this week, which led to the filing of an arrest warrant for 43-year-old Christopher Robinson of Milton.Robinson had not been identified as the driver prior to reaching out to RPD, according to a press release sent out by Rochester Police Public Information Officer Andrew Swanberry.
