CONCORD - A Brooklyn, N.Y., man was sentenced Monday in federal court in Concord for smuggling unauthorized immigrants.
Abraham Hernandez, 27, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Samantha Elliott to six months in prison, two years of supervised release, and two months of home confinement. He pleaded guilty in January to three counts of bringing in or harboring certain aliens.
