City's Animal Control Officer recognized for all her good work

ROCHESTER - In honor of National Animal Care and Control Appreciation Week, the Rochester Police Department took time out on Monday to thank the city's own Animal Control Officer, Sue Paradis, for all her hard work and dedication over the years.
