DOVER - In the midst of a record-setting heat wave Riverside Rest Home is contending with a Covid-19 outbreak that restricts the number of fans that can be used in the aging facility that has no central air.The outbreak involves one unit, which has 15 positive cases, Assistant Administrator Dee Brown told The Rochester Voice today."It's isolated to one unit," she said.
