PORTLAND, Maine - A former North Berwick man was sentenced Thursday for conspiring to transport stolen property in interstate commerce and conspiring to sell stolen government property.
U.S. District Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr. sentenced Christopher Hagan, 33, now living in New Hampshire, to 12 months plus one day in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. He was also fined $10,000, ordered to forfeit $150,000, and will be required to refile his tax returns for five year...
