ROCHESTER - Theodore R. Ackman, 89, died Monday, March 17, 2025, at his home following a period of declining health. He was born in Cheyenne, Wy., Sept. 27, 1935, the son of Hugh Ackman and Viola Bates.
He was the widower of Caroline (Schwab) Ackman, he was also predeceased by 2 sons Theodore Jr. and Steve Ackman.
Survivors include a daughter Cheryl Rudolph and husband Mike, grandchildren Beth Sargent, Melinda Wiens, Christopher Rudolph, and Elisa Zoller; 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
