Leslie Feliciano wins special election for spot on county Board of Commissioners

DOVER - Leslie Feliciano of Rochester won a special election for a spot on the board of Strafford County Commissioners on Tuesday.The vote came in the wake of the retirement of Joe Pitre, who retired earlier this year after winning the seat last November.Feliciano's opponent for the seat was Susan Rice of Rochester, who lost the vote, 20-8.
