Concord woman's death ruled homicide by coroner's office

COCNORD - The suspicious death of a woman in Concord on Oct. 31 has been ruled a homicide by the Medical Examiners Office. The victim, identified as Jillian Collins, 37, of Concord, was found near a tent site in the city. An autopsy determined her cause of death to be a gunshot wound.
