ROCHESTER - Ward 4 City Councilors David Walker and Chuck Creteau will be hosting a community coffee gathering on Dec. 28, starting at noon at the Lucky Oak Bar + Grill, located inside the Lilac Club Casino at the Lilac Mall.
The informal event is open to all Ward 4 residents to ask questions, discuss recent council votes, and raise any issues or concerns they may have.
