Belmont man charged in assault of elderly parents

CONCORD - A Belmont man is accused of second-degree assault and criminal restraint against his elderly parents. Nathaniel Kay, 42, of Belmont, is charged in the offenses of Oct. 14 against his elderly mother and father.
