Rochester woman accused of bilking $89,000 in Medicaid false claims

CONCORD – A Rochester woman has been arrested following an investigation conducted by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
Hozan Alhefel, 36, of Rochester, was charged on Wednesday with Medicaid Fraud, False Records and Theft By Deception. All three are felonies.
