ROCHESTER = In 2021, Alacia Linville was struggling with addiction and a life of crime that had her in and out of jail.
Then she found Dismas Home in Manchester.
On Wednesday she was back at the new Dismas Home in Rochester, not for treatment but as the featured speaker prior to a ribbon cutting for a second Dismas House in New Hampshire on Healthcare Drive across from Skyhaven Airport.
