Manchester man, 23, drowns in Piscataquog River

Staff reports MANCHESTER – New Hampshire State Police today continue to investigating a drowning in Manchester on Friday. Marine Patrol got involved around 7:15 p.m. when notified of a possible drowning in the Piscataquog River near Douglas Street in Manchester.
