Water main replacement project begins today on Schley Street; expect delays

ROCHESTER - The Department of Public Works announces a water main replacement project on Schley Street today. The project is expected to continue through Aug. 7 and will require temporary road closures and traffic impacts in the area.
As part of the project:
Russell Street will be closed to through traffic for most of the day today.
Schley Street will have a partial road closure between Russell Street and Letourneau Street from today through Aug. 7, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. Em...
