MANCHESTER – A Manchester man was sentenced on Tuesday for trafficking drugs in the Manchester area. Christopher Scaniffe, 40, pleaded guilty to one count of Conspiracy to Sell a Controlled Drug, Subsequent Offense, and one count of Sale of a Controlled Drug, Subsequent Offense, according to a Tuesday release from the Attorney Generals Office.
