CONCORD – A Massachusetts man pleaded guilty on Tuesday to a drug trafficking conspiracy that focueed its enterprise in the Greater Rochester area.
Roberto Ramon-Avalo, 27, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, specifically methamphetamine and fentanyl, according to the U.S. Attorneys Office.
