ROCHESTER - A bench trial in the Fourth of July fireworks fracas that led to the arrest of Robbins Automotive owner Douglas Robbins on multiple charges has been set for October.
As a result today's probable cause hearing at 7th Circuit District Division Court in Rochester has been canceled.
Robbins is facing up to three years in county jail and his wife, Devin, faces up to two years if convicted of crimes they are accused of in the Independene...
