ROCHESTER – A lawsuit brought by the estate of a Rochester man killed in a motorcycle accident in 2023 took a hit on Friday when a Strafford Superior Court judge granted the City of Rochester full immunity in the crash, which was due in part to a malfunctioning traffic light at the intersection of South Main and Portland streets in downtown Rochester.
