Rochester man found guilty of horrific sex abuse of female juvenile that spanned two years

DOVER – It took a jury less than two hours to find a Rochester man guilty of Aggravated Felony Sexual Assault on a juvenile female for whom he was a “caregiver.”
Adolfo Medina, 61, of Lafayette Street, Rochester, was found guilty on each of 12 such charges, each one carrying a 10-20 year prison sentence apiece.
Medina was found guilty on Wednesday of engaging “in multiple (sex acts) … when he was in a position of authority as her caregiver."
