DOVER - A Dover man was arrested on Friday following an online sexual solicitation investigation.
Andrew Fawcett, 32, was charged with two counts of Certain Uses of Computer Services Prohibited, two counts of Indecent Exposure and Lewdness and one count of Registration of Online Identifiers, all felony offenses.
