PORTSMOUTH – A Rochester teen is facing multiple charges after trying to elude police and crashing in a tractor and airplane at Portsmouth International Airport.
The incident unfolded on Saturday around At 8:10 p.m. as State Troopers were searching for a vehicle related to reported crimes in other local jurisdictions. During the search a trooper attempted to stop a black 2008 Ford Mustang on Durham Street in Portsmouth, prompting the driver of the vehicle to flee the scene....
