Rochester Police urge drivers to use extra caution as school year gets under way

Rochester Voice ROCHESTER - With the first days of school now upon us, Rochester Police are urging residents to be extra vigilant to keep children safe. Students will be walking to and from school, crossing in crosswalks, getting on/off the bus, and traffic will be more congested and slower in school zones during drop-off and pick-up hours.
