FRANKLIN – A Franklin woman was arrested after submitting fraudulent documents in an attempt to reinstate her New Hampshire driver’s license.
Heidi Johnson, 63, was arrested on Wednesday by a State Police Investigations Unit after she produced a fraudulent course completion form for an Impaired Driver Care Management Program.
