City's finance director appointed interim city manager following Ambrose resignation

ROCHETER - Rochester's finance director has been named interim city manager following a vote by the City Council on Tuesday.
Mark Sullivan will take over for outgoing city manager Katie Ambrose, who will be leaving the job effective Nov. 28.
Sullivan will serve as interim city manager for 90 days while City Council undertakes a nationwide search for a permanent candidate.
“Mark Sullivan is a capable leader who will excel in this new role,” said Mayor Chuck Grassie....
