Tebbetts, Old Dover road roundabout construction finally under way with completion set for next spring

Staff reports ROCHESTER - After more than three years of studies and public input, a mini-roundabout project at the dangerous intersection of Old Dover and Tebbetts roads is finally under way. The flashing red and yellow light at the intersection have already been removed in preparation for the upcoming construction.
