Rochester man faces up to 30 years after indictment on production, distribution of child porn

CONCORD – A 25-year-old Rochester man was indicted this week by a federal grand jury for one count of Production of Child Pornography and one count of Distribution of Child Pornography. Jaythien Guillermo faces a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 15 years and a maximum prison term of 30 years, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorneys Office on Friday.
