Rolling lane closures on Spaulding begin Oct. 5 as part of bridge removal project

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will conduct work on the Spaulding Turnpike Southbound beginning Oct. 5, till around Nov. 16.
Weather permitting, daily lane closures will be in effect on the Spaulding Turnpike SB from Mile Marker (MM) 4.2 to MM 3.6 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Lane closures will be utilized to complete the removal of the center span of the General Sullivan Bridge. This work is anticipated to take six weeks to complete.
