Man indicted in fatal stabbing at Manchester gas station in May

MANCHESTER – A Hillsborough County Grand Jury has returned indictments against a Manchester man in the stabbing death of Christopher Marcoux, 25, in Manchester on May 18.
Antonio Cajigas, 22, has been formally charged with one count of Second-Degree Murder for recklessly causing Marcoux’s death by stabbing him and one count of Falsifying Physical Evidence in connection with his disposal of the knife used in that stabbing.
