ROCHESTER – Get used to clogged traffic at the intersection of Salmon Falls and Milton roads for the next year or so.The intersection of Milton Road and Salmon Falls Road is being improved by the city, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be some pain for motorists, especially during the holiday season.The project will reconfigure the existing intersection to a single-lane roundabout unlike the Strafford Circle, which uses two lanes.
