ROCHESTER - A 42-year-old Rochester woman was arrested earlier this month on a slew of charges including driving as a habitual offender, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and reckless operation of a motor vehicle in an incidecnt that began with a Good Samaritan reporting that a canine in her car seemed to be in distress.
