Community Center paving, construction project will stress parking options through Oct. 23

ROCHESTER - The city's DPW expects the construction and paving that began last week at the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center will not be completed until around Oct. 23.
As shown on the above map, the blue area at the rear of the building (near the tennis courts) is where the construction and paving will take place. Both rear entrances will be closed temporarily during that time.
