Atkinson man arrested in fatal March hit-and-run in Wells

WELLS, Maine - Maine State Police and Wells Police arrested an Atkinson, N.H., man on Sunday in a hit-and-run fatal crash that occurred in March in Wells.
Daniel E. Paul, 56, of Atkinson, was charged with Manslaughter, Aggravated Driving to Endanger and Aggravated Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Serious Injury or Death.
The collision occurred March 24 at the intersection of Route 1 and Mile Road.
Gregory Nolan, 50, of Wells, died as a result of the crash.
